Great Location Great Breakfast

Liked: Location is superb and it is a lovely old building Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Booking in procedure was clunky and when we tried to book in and when we tried to book in again ( whilst there ) this was too much effort for the booking in manager. This led us to stay elsewhereIt is worth saying that all the other staff were very friendly and helpful but that took the shine off just a little

Mixed experience, some of the...

Liked: Delicious breakfast. Beautiful location with fabulous views. Comfortable and clean accommodation
Disliked: Some of the staff seemed very grumpy, very inhospitable. There were a handful of excellent and friendly staff but others made us feel very rushed /unwelcome. It was a real shame. If all the staff had been like the handful of friendly ones it would have been a top rated experience.Also there were doors near my bedroom that were constantly being slammed in the morning on the Saturday, before 9am. One was a staff door basically right behind my bed and when it was closed it made the bed shake.

Just what we needed, will...

Liked: Perfect for our one nights stay.Plenty of parking space unlike Ilkley. Meals and staff excellent.
Disliked: Wi-Fi & TV reception poor but for one night stay not a real issue.

All Good apart from the...

Liked: Breakfast, cleansines, location, good facilities
Disliked: bed was totally uncomfortable, lost a whole nights sleep. If we had to stay another night, if we couldn't change rooms we would leave.

Great location, awesome views, good...

Liked: The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. There was a good atmosphere especially as the weather was lovely. It is set in beautiful scenery and close to the delights of Ilkley.
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor with no lift or help to carry our luggage. Our window was a dormer and could only be used on tiptoes.
