Good place to layover.
Liked: For a 2 star inn, this was a great deal. Very clear, quiet, safe in a good location for traveling through. Spartan accommodations but for one night just passing through it was great.
Disliked: There was no decaf coffee at breakfast but with a coffee shop next door this was easily remedied.

Perfect place for a quick...
Liked: We just stopped for one night on our way up north. It was good. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and clean. There were two ants in the bathtub when I checked in. I just left them there and in the morning, they were dead. I don't know what killed them, lol.
Disliked: It was all good

Good
Liked: Fast wifi. Self service breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The door card started to work only after the third change. The area didn't feel secure. Some people were smoking weed in their cars in front of the hotel, and we were worried about our skis in the car.

Basic rooms for a one...
Liked: Conveniently off I-91. Basic accommodations. Comfortable beds. Reasonably clean.
Disliked: A little shabby. It’s what you expect for a 2 star motel off a highway. You get what you pay for.

Comfy bed AND a nice...
Liked: The bed was super comfy. The breakfast had me feeling better than usual for the whole morning at an athletic job. (Shoutouts to the yogurts, I don’t normally eat those!) the low or no sugar added carbohydrate variety available (bagel, wheat toast, apples) was great fuel.I liked the way the towels were stacked so I could just grab one and keep the rest clean and unused.More a neutral point; I’ll remember to always keep earplugs in my bag; I didn’t ask the desk though; maybe they have some! I didn’t ask since I was ok to stay awake since it was near my alarm time. I’m so rural there are no trash trucks at my home so I had forgot those wake me up wherever they exist.

No Transportation to the Inn!
Liked: The Inn looks very nice and rustic and is only a few miles from downtown. The downtown is very nice and trendy with some nice cafes. But be ready to walk for miles along the side of the road to the hotel if you are not driving through. Amtrak is rumored to be building a new station across the river in NH state, so many of the clothing shops are closing.
Disliked: When I contacted the hotel a couple of months earlier to say I was arriving in Amtrak and wanted to make SURE there was a taxi or Lyft service I was told yes there is! But NO, there is nothing. I tried to order Lyft and no drivers replied for 3 hours. I tried various other services on Google 20-30miles away but there is NOTHING. Everyone in town confirmed this. When I called the hotel and asked if there was any transportation to the Inn the curt answer was I dunno. Awesome, They should at least offer to pick you up, even for a fee. It's a few minutes drive for them. It is ridiculous they told me I could get to the Inn and it was wholly untrue, Then I gave up and rented the very nice and historic Latchis Hotel downtown. Of course they staunchly refused to return a penny of my fee although it was clear they were at fault, even though Booking.com tried. But they ignored them. Awful treatment. If we did not find one room left at Latchis we would have been out on the street in Winter wiht no recourse because we trusted them! Heartless manager.
