Disliked: I didn’t like how the WiFi wasn’t not working . My tv did not work. I also had cold water.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was perfect, the place was very clean, and the service provided by the team was truly excellent.A special thank you to Jessica Juárez at the reception, who welcomed me with such positive energy and kindness. She not only allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in time, but also gave me amazing recommendations for the best spots in the city. Her attention made a big difference.I’d also like to thank the receptionist Andrés Vargas for always being helpful and attentive, and Dubis, the cleaner, for providing outstanding service throughout my stay.This level of care and hospitality made my experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back!
Disliked: To make the experience truly perfect, I would suggest replacing the front door at the reception. It tends to make a loud noise when it closes, and it can be a bit difficult to open when your hands are full. A quieter and more accessible door would enhance the overall comfort and convenience for guests.
