Not recomended in general, rude...

Liked: Location is amazing. Really close to the beach and restaurants. You can easily park your car and have your adventure walking which is safe to do so.
Disliked: Property is not clean, bad smell in the bedroom and also could notice a lot of dirtiness in the washroom. Some staffs are kinda rude, the girl I've done my check in talked to me giving directions as I was a local, did not explained well and I had to figure it out by myself. Did my check out normally and let my bags in my brother-in-law's room as he was staying for one more night. Lady from reception told me that I cannot do that because we've done the check out and wanted to charge a fine. Then we have to explain to her that my brother-in-law hadn't done the checkout, but we struggled to explain as she was certain everyone had done the checkout. I would say as a bad service but noticed this is the normal/standard miami service.

Liked: The breakfast was great. Friendly Staff. Great service.
Disliked: Very small communal bathroom. Housekeeping did not sweep or mop the room floors so the floors would still be very sandy when we got back into the room. The wi-fi could be better. Oh and sprites and water bottles were extremely over priced.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The property did not look like the pictures here on booking.com. The room was very small, no blanket for the beds just a fitted sheet on the bed, the toilet clogged several times, the shower was beyond dirty with old stains that I assume they could not remove. The trip was for my birthday celebration and I must say I wish my arrangements for a hotel was different. I was unable to find another location so I had to accept it.

Disliked: No hot water, the air conditioning system was not getting cold, roaches and I have pictures. The window won't open, after we book and they saw we were of African descent, they ask for passport took a picture on what's app on a different phone. The reception was rude when we asked about it.
