Compared to the 4 star...

Liked: Dinner very good. Lots of vegetables which is unusual nowadays! Room very comfortable. Able to turn radiators on and off. Reading lights perfect. Lots of complimentary teas including Earl Grey.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

Superb

Liked: The room was just what we wanted and only a very short walk to the pub itself. All the staff were very attentive and the food (inc.breakfast) was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing!

An excellent place to stay,...

Liked: We were very pleased to be welcomed back for our second visit in 15 months to find familiar staff and the same excellent standards we experienced previously.

Fantastic place to stay

Liked: Lovely clean comfortable room. Had a lovely meal in the evening and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and the owner was so friendly and chatty. I felt like I was leaving a friend when it was time to leave.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say

Great stay

Liked: Great comfortable clean room. The room was situated in the car park away from the main building which was ideal as I had an early start the next day. Staff very friendly and courteous all in all a great stay

We were very happy with...

Liked: Breakfast. We were able to choose whatever we wanted for breakfast. Service was excellent. As was the food.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that could have been improved. Our room was comfortable exceptionally clean. As was the wet room.
