Liked: Service, staff, comfort and food served were high quality
Disliked: Having to pay extra for parking, the weather was warm and the air conditioner was not working. Otherwise everyone was excellent.

Disliked: bizarrely no staff in the hotel from 5pm to 9amvery strange set upif there is an issue you are literally on your ownfront door is open for two hours per day for check inunsure if we would stay here againlots of good points but very strange hotel after 5pm

Very enjoyable stay. So close...

Liked: We dined in house and staff service and food were very good.It is a grand old building with heaps of character. The library area was great and bottle of port a lovely touch.

The gold standard of hotel...

Liked: Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is a beautifully restored Council Chambers. Dining room provided excellent food served with a friendly but professional style. Staff were very helpful when needed.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about.A stylish hotel with service to match. Stay here to be spoilt.
