Liked: A comfortable night's sleep.

Good location but needs a...

Liked: Nice room. Very close to Lytham town centre.
Disliked: Reception unmanned most of the time. Means you have to go find staff at the bar when checking in and out. Service at breakfast a bit poor. Waited a while for our order to be taken. Didn’t advise us of buffet table to get toast/drinks etc so breakfast was going cold whilst we got them. Front of property on pub side is a bit shabby.

Liked: The room had been recently refurbished and was very clean and a very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Nothing really. Highly recommended.

Liked: Location fantastic...that's about it.
Disliked: Advertise as 4 x star,personally I would say 2 x star, exterior of build is dreadful, rotten window frames,paint flaking ,weeds & clutter in outside seating area...no lifts too rooms...wouldn't stay again..4/10 am afraid

Disliked: Burnt sausage at breakfast.
