Pleasant

Liked: Great location. Lovely big room
Disliked: Booked 3 rooms. Room 6 was extremely noisy and the floor was vibrating and could here the toilet doors bangijg and hand Dryers when the pub busy downstairs. Other 2 rooms fine.

Disliked: Breakfast service very slow to respond, found I had go find the girl at reception to come take order

Liked: Hotel spot on wished i asked for lower floor
Disliked: Last time I stopped there, there was disabled parking outside .when arrived it was blocked off by table and chairs

A lovely central stay

Liked: The staff. A special mention to Chloe. Going above and beyond with a mixup booking. She needs a pay rise. Great location
Disliked: Only issue I would suggest is keep the outside cleaner with more ashtrays.
