The front desk staff was...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The front desk staff was extremely rude! She attack us immediately after we informed her that our reservation advertised a balcony in the room on booking.com. she refused to resolve the matter or give a refund! She brushed us off and told my wife to contact the manager via phone the next week. I will never stay there again!

Liked: Loved the location, staff was friendly.
Disliked: Could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. Did not sleep very well. The water came out hot on both sides of tap. Struggled to get a good temperature of water out of the shower as well. Told this to the front desk when checking out and she didn't seem to care. Probably won't stay here again. Very disappointing.
