Heater on in our room...

Liked: We had a late arrival so we received a text from the manager with our code details. They had even left the heater on in our room for us. This was greatly appreciated and meant we could put three sleeping children into bed so easily. Having three children always makes it tricky for accomodation. This was perfect having a double bed and three singles in the one room for us.

Liked: Friendly staff. Location reasonably close to freeway exit (But not too close to be an issue)

Very disappointed.

Liked: It was convenient to the main street.
Disliked: The twin room I booked was not the room we were given. I booked a twin room, but we were assigned a disabled twin room instead. We then had a shower curtain, which is not very hygienic. It was a tiny room. It also would have been nice for the heater to have been on. It was freezing when we walked in. That wasn't helped when the bathroom window was wide open as well. Having lino floors was cold. The double bed was not very comfortable and the single was right up against the cold window and under the heater.
