Exceptional

A beautiful hotel.

Liked: A beautifully converted property. Very comfortable and warm. Wifi good. The included breakfast menu was good and cooked well.
Disliked: No bedside lights, main room lights only. 2 flights of stairs which I'm getting a bit old for but staff were keen to help with luggage.

Good value for money, would...

Liked: Room was good and clean with all the necessary facilities. Lovely location with easy access to the city. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We arrived at our room late and there was very little toilet paper but the night duty manager sorted this very quickly.The floor boards are a bit creaky and the bathroom light of the room next door was loud.
