Las Vegas at it's best

Liked: the gym was amazing. the variety of restaurants is very good. You can walk in other hotels indoor - that is good as well.
Disliked: It is impossible to get breakfast between 8-12 am without waiting for 1,5-2 h! The minimum bet at the casino tables are too high.

Disliked: Room is dirty, really filthy.... Really bad experience. We stay at 2 bedroom suite, one of the high price room, but everything was so bà: carpet, sofas were so dirty... Everything was bad... Sorry, never stay there again, would not recomend

Disappointing.

Liked: Location was great. Lots of restaurants and bars inside.
Disliked: Staff were generally unhelpful and on occasions rude. One member of staff dismissed a question I asked them and just ignored me. Check in pool staff were not helpful.When we checked in at the front desk we did not get the room we had book. They promised to move us but this was later in the day then previously arranged. This had a massive negative impact on celebrating our anniversary and our trip in general. I have stayed here twice before and have visited on every occasion I have been to vegas. I will certainly think twice before staying again or recommending it to others.

Liked: I love the location, the ambience, the smell in the lobby even!
Disliked: The concierge wasn’t helpful at all at check in. I booked a balcony with fountain view but he seemed frustrated after the back and forth with him about the roomI booked, he put us in a room where we didn’t get the best view, but the hotel in general is amazing. I only stay at the Cosmo when I visit Vegas. However, the balcony glass was very dirty. The sink didn’t have working drainage, the shower water temperature wasn’t hot, the light didn’t work outside or the hotel room, cables were visible.
