Would stay again.
Liked: The hotel had a big bed and room for luggage unlike many other London Hotels. Right near buses and the Tube made it easy to navigate to downtown London. Drink specials, late night dining options and overall a very good experience for our family.
Disliked: Bigger bathroom toilet space and a full shower glass.

A comfortable hotel both in...
Liked: We enjoyed the english breakfast, also there were enough variation of food to the kids (cereal, pancakes). They have it flexible way - gluten free option it's also there (toast and jam croissant). So we could enjoy it celiac safe way.The rooms are the same as in the pictures in addition with comfy beds. So the sleep was well. In general - what you see is what you get. But the service here it's even better! Thank you.
Disliked: We came with family of five, so there's was a lot of stuff with us. We missed having more wardrobes and shelves, but this did not spoil our experience at this hotel.

Nice hotel in London
Liked: From the moment I arrived and was welcomed by the very kind receptionist, I was impressed. The hotel is attractive, the rooms are tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. It is conveniently located near shops and public transportation.
Disliked: I was somewhat surprised and displeased that, despite placing a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, housekeeping still entered and handled my personal belongings. However, as this was my first stay in a hotel in the United Kingdom, I understood that this might be standard practice there, and I will be better prepared next time
