Liked: The room was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The service at breakfast we were sat at a dirty table which wasn't wiped and waited a while before we were served although the food was good.

Liked: Room was decent size and generally clean, staff were pleasant, free parking and wifi. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Mild noise of road and scaffolding on building at the moment. But nothing can be done about that and expected as in the middle of a town.

Excellent stay, friendly staff.

Liked: Parking at the back, Friendly staff, gave all the information when got there and made sure everything was ok at the end.The staff were around all day and there was numbers of anyone was needed from 10pm.Secure with front door being shut and 10 and individual keys were given to the people staying. Very quiet, even though they have a function room, bar and kitchen. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, Can pay when you get there and cash or card. Although could do with some bigger towels. But that’s nothing really.
