Pleasant and comfortable. Would stay...

Liked: Price. Beth on reception very helpful on my pre-arrival questions. Location good for the reason for our trip to Kinmount House
Disliked: Shower was taped up with black and yellow tape. Reception was closed by the time I realised this and we were out all day the next day so unable to report it. When I mentioned this upon check out I was told that the shower is controlled by the bath taps. I would have thought this would have been explained upon check in. Public areas are nice but rooms are a little old fashioned.

Let down by location of...

Liked: Rooms clean,helpfull staff.
Disliked: Stayed on a Saturday night loud music from pub below till 1am.When asked yo move rooms the receptionist said we get that complained a lot at the weekends.

Enjoyable.

Liked: The central position it was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
Disliked: The only issue was breakfast wasn’t what was ordered and there wasn’t anyone around to ask to change.
