Liked: Very clean, spacious.
Disliked: Doesn't offer breakfast, kind of hidden; no fridge or microwave in room. For a weekend trip it was hard to bring food back to hotel.

Had an amazing trip and the room was amazing. Only found one thing wrong - room needed dusting better, but this is just because I was a maid at one time and a typical guest may not notice, but I do. Thanks for a great beginning to my graduation weekend.

The room served its purpose...

Liked: The bed and bathroom were very clean and were the only reason I did not cancel all together. The bed was properly made and comfortable where the bathroom was mostly very clean, even if outdated.
Disliked: The minute I got out of the elevator to get onto the 2nd floor, the smell of the hotel was cigarettes and mildew. I went in the room and the smell was the same. The walls are completely scuffed and dirty, the room is outdated and visibly older and the carpet - from the elevator and in the room - are completely done for. It made me uncomfortable as it was visibly not new/clean. The floor was just overall worn.

Disliked: The rate for two queen beds ended up being way more than the rate I signed up for on Booking. No explanation why. I have been a member for many years and this never happened before. Very disappointing. Bait and switch.

I had a pleasant, quiet...

Liked: No breakfast, but there’s a cafe around the corner. It was quiet, old, historic, with a view of beautiful architecture on the front porch. Food trucks were nearby since it’s on a college campus. Nearby are small parks with tables and chairs.
Disliked: No refrigerator or breakfast. I paid extra to park my car. Microwave was available but not in the room. Bathroom had a wonderful tub, but there was no place on the sink area to put your stuff.
