The food was very nasty; the bed mattress needs to be replaced - the springs were bad in the back. There was a 3 inch streak of bug guts on the ceiling. The room smelled.

Liked: The convenience to the venue.
Disliked: The bed; the morning breakfast and the dirty room.

Rooms were clean and employees were nice and helpful.

Liked: Rooms well furnished with needed facilities and the check in process was seamless. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The incidental retainer cost of $80 per night booked should be communicated at booking. The fact that rooms are not cleaned daily should be communicated. My room was not cleaned for first 3 days I was there and last 2 days too. Trash in the corridor was not taken out for 2 days too. Still waiting for a refund of one night and the incidental costs of $480. its been 8 days after first check out and 4 after second check out.

The worst hotel stay experience...

Liked: There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property. The staff was horrible, the location was horrible. The staff got aggressive and threatening to me and my guest.
Disliked: Everything, from the staff’s unprofessionalism, to the over priced valet parking.

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. We were there for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter concert. We were able to walk to and from the Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Disliked: I didn’t like that we had to pay $55 per person for valet parking, when we’re already paying to stay there! There was only ONE person working the front desk. He stepped away to help someone and didn’t return for 40 minutes!!! We’re all just standing there waiting to be checked in and the AC was NOT working in the front lobby in the height of Summer, in the South of all of places! That lobby was unbearable! Where is the money going?!? Also, there were absolutely NO towels available when we arrived. We were told by housekeeping that we would have towels in 30 min. Well, we left for the concert, came back over 4 hours later and still NO towels! I had to call the desk twice just to get towels after 11 at night!
