The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta Ascend Hotel Collection

The food was very nasty; the bed mattress needs to be replaced - the springs were bad in the back. There was a 3 inch streak of bug guts on the ceiling. The room smelled.

Liked: The convenience to the venue.
Disliked: The bed; the morning breakfast and the dirty room.

Rooms were clean and employees were nice and helpful.

Liked: The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel atmosphere in the lobby was nice. having valet on that side of town was nice.
Disliked: the area, the entrance right next to underground atlanta. the walls of the bathtub were dirty, the air conditioning was subpar. found a pill on the elevator floor. hallways smelled heavily of weed. breakfast was not what we expected.

Liked: Like the location for our needs that nights near the stadium.
Disliked: The homeless near Marta is bad. No hot water on our floor, so no showers were available. The only answer was it happens sometimes. No comps for the lack of basic hot water. Trying to get to valet with several cars at check in time blocks traffic for at least a half a mile. Even the cops were flashing lights and sirens at us to move.
