Liked: Rooms have good space. Very Well maintained.
Disliked: I like everything but in the bathroom it would be helpful if you had a small shower to give kids a Quick shower. In my room aA1109 there was only the big shower.

Disliked: We were in black A. Room v small for a family with no AC. Also quite dusty, lamps etc

Liked: The food in the restaurant was excellent.The hotel is beautiful and the staff were really friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast choice But having to go out to the coffee kiosk in the lobby and queue just to get a flat white and Americano was a nuisance .I think a decent coffee should be part of the breakfast . Don't mind paying extra for it but would like to have it convenient.
Disliked: The leisure centre changing rooms .Very poor standard of cleanliness and up keep Dirty shower curtains .Body fat on the shower walls Dirty around ceiling vents Door into the pool is dilapidated looking It suggests a poor standard of regular and or a lack of deep cleaning .Unfortunately it looks like it belongs to a different hotel .

Liked: Stayed here two nights was fantastic . Kids club swimming pool, 10/10. Will definitely be back . Thank you .

Liked: Breakfast was nice, but busy
Disliked: Our family room was tiny and the futon bed was not in place, despite checking in after 19.00. Plus, the pool the following morning was very dated with cracked tiles, mould, mildew, rotten wood and rust
