Would hesitate to return

Liked: Restaurant staff were lovely , dinner was beautiful and breakfast was only OK. After a complaint was made I received a call from the deputy manager at time. She was lovely and understanding and apologised. Told us she would look after us if we returned, however recently I made an enquiry about booking again , a deputy manager was supposed to call me back (not the same person) and I never received a call.
Disliked: We had a horrible experience on check in with the receptionist. Very rude and not one bit welcoming. Our whole room was woken up at 12.30pm from the room next to us banging on our door and running away and screaming.

Disliked: The bathroom particularly the shower the floor kept flooding all around the toilet had to use 4 towels to clean up the water and as we only had a one night stay we had no clean towels to use for the night or next morning
