Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location, and free parking
Disliked: Old dated rooms , loud noise from fan from kitchen up to almost midnight then from 6.30 am! Some staff were extremely helpful others were not.

Useful place to stay for...

Liked: I got a ground floor room and asked to switch. Staff were very accommodating. Restaurant was nice and man singing was excellent.
Disliked: The sheets on the bed were very rough.

Very comfortable, stay with great...

Liked: Comfortable room, well-appointed. King sized bed meant a good nights sleep. We used the restaurant on 2 occasions for dinner which served quality generous portions, offering good value and extensive menu. Even though a lot of people used the restaurant there was no issue with table service. Having a car meant we could be in Galway city centre within 10 mins.

Lovely Hotel

Liked: The hotel is lovely.
Disliked: The food was nice, but we were both disappointed with the portion sizes as the price was on the higher end in the menu.
