Beautiful hotel , welcoming staff...

Liked: The staff were exceptional and so welcoming. We had to request an early check on the morn as a relative was in hospital. The member of staff , (I’m sorry I forget her name) but she was so accommodating and rang me back almost immediately and our request was granted. This meant so much to us. Also the food was lovely and there is a nice coffee area in the main entrance and a place to sit and enjoy. Rooms so airy and bed very comfortable.

Disliked: Room was tired, chipped and marked furniture. Little in the way of toiletries. Bathroom tired needs updating, painting. Shower head was dirty as were the tiles. Doors were dirty with hand prints.
