The Condado Plaza Hotel

Unforgettable experience!

Liked: Loved the two sides of the property with the crashing waves on one side and the calm beach on the other! Great pools, the waterslide was fun! Easy and convenient location. Very walkable to many places. Great staff and enjoyed the different bars, lounges, cafes, and even gift shop on site. Beautiful views as well!
Disliked: We had such an amazing time I can’t think of anything bad!

5/10. More cons than pros

Liked: Location was central. Pool was nice. Lobby was pleasing.
Disliked: Rooms were extremely dated and still didn’t feel clean or comfortable. Also had to change rooms the next day due to an issue with check in though we arrived at 8 p.m. Was told the original room wasn’t clean yet and it was an extreme inconvenience to have to move when you just want to settle and enjoy vacation. Overall a 5/10. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

It was our third time...

Liked: Love the swim bar however must of the chairs were broken. The staff most friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are old, dirty. There is no restaurant and or food available.

Pleasent and entertaining

Liked: Well at first they gave us a messup room but I complained and they gave me an upgrade witch was great. Then we were super happy.
Disliked: The way the employees would treat us. And the breakfast was delicious. The pool and beach were awsome.
