Superb

Liked: Large rooms, beautiful decor, very clean
Disliked: No option to add bottle of wine etc to room

Disappointing, added unexpected costs and...

Liked: Property was emaculately clean and it was cosy cosy but another couch to watch a movie with kids would make it perfect rather than the 2 single seats provided. Spacious and great location on chapel street with surrounding food shops and very convenient having Woolworths only 500m down and open until 12am.
Disliked: Firstly no parking was available at time of arrival secure parking next door and the como validate your parking but fail to notify you on the booking site or in email that it’s a one entry car park at $40 each time you leave with your car and return you have to pay $40 each time. Breakfast was delivered in the morning but no courtesy knock on the bedroom and made aware that breakfast has been delivered which is what I’ve had at other hotels so our food was stone cold. Dinner menu was high end not everyday standard meals you can get at restaurants or pubs and other hotels so nothing was enticing to eat. Kids meals had better picks. No restriction codes on Tvs so within 5 mins of being there my son added $45 to my bill for 3 $15 movies and when I told the desk that this happened and I don’t want the movies they held no accountability. Only over priced movie purchases available not streaming platforms for guest to log in to use like Netflix or prime. Asked for spa bath as seen in the pictures suitable for more than one person and recieved a spa suitable for 1 person. Finding the pool is a nightmare and lastly adult R pornography films also can be accessed by children as their are no restriction codes , but for those who enjoy adult R rated films for an expensive price they are old and outdated nothing in the year 2000 and up

Fantastic and surprisingly quiet stay...

Liked: The locations was fantastic. Close to trams and shopping of Chapel street. Yet it was incredibly quiet! The pool was a great addition if staying in warmer months. Our 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic for a family of 4 with 2 teens.
Disliked: The bathrooms are ready for an update in style but absolutely fine.
