Liked: Great hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were decent – not perfect, but good enough. For the location, the price was fair and much more affordable than staying in central Los Angeles.
Disliked: The pool was in terrible condition and didn’t look usable at all. Also, the staff wasn’t very friendly, which took away from the overall experience

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, and the spa services were excellent – super relaxing and professional.
Disliked: The pool was a big letdown – it looked completely abandoned and unusable, like no one had been in it for years. Definitely not inviting.
