Disappointing

Disliked: Room not ready on arrival, carpets stained, needed a good steam clean. The bathroom had a constant smell of sewage, not very pleasant . Breakfast was disappointing none of what I put on my plate was even warm, needless to say I couldn’t eat it.

Liked: Clean and spacious, good food excellent staff.Everything was replenished tea coffee, milk biscuits and water. Excellent air con and comfortable beds. Decent far menu , drinks not extortionate, definitely will stay again.
Disliked: Everything was excellent. Very minor issue room was not ready but we were given a coffee while we waited.

Loved everything

Liked: It was such a lovely place, clean, comfy, staff was so incredibly nice. Rooms are huge, bed was great.
Disliked: There was a weird sound from the bathroom pipes all night.

Much better than expected and...

Liked: The condition of the hotel and the staff.
Disliked: The dark ceiling in the bedroom making an already low ceiling feel even lower.
