It was a great location...

Liked: The breakfast let the hotel down a little, as it wasn't clear where glasses etc were, and some of the food trays were empty, and not quickly replenished.
Disliked: Generally, we felt that the hotel was a little understaffed. There were only two people working in the bar and restaurant on the Saturday afternoon, hence service was painfully slow despite it being pretty quiet.

Good

Liked: It was tidy and spacious. Easy to access. Had a gym although staff didn’t explain how to access it. However staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Carpets were old and dirty, breakfast should have been included in price. Air conditioning didn’t work well.

Excellent staff and comfy bed

Liked: Very comfortable room, incredibly quiet.
Disliked: Noisy pipes vibrating in the ceiling from the air-conditioning affected sleep.

Liked: The staff were fantastic; so helpful and thoughtful and friendly. The service was excellent in all areas of the hotel; the restaurant, bar, the reception. The room was clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was excellent. Very good. The facilities were good; bright, colourful, modern and stylish.
Disliked: The location and views; the hotel is in the middle of a lot of busy roads but that’s convenient for some people.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable hotel in a suitable location with places to eat nearby. They provided a cot for our 2 year old. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Water in shower was constantly too hot and did not allow for a comfortable shower. The cot was not the most comfortable (no mattress) but thankfully our little one still managed to sleep OK
