Deposit fee at check-in

Liked: OK. Cleaning
Disliked: At check-in they requested for a fee £300 to be paid just in case guest extend the stay.. Which is not practical n fair.. The fee is refunded after the stay but ain't a good practice and was a surprise at check-in

Fabulous, but choose the original...

Liked: Great vibe in all public areas and well presented
Disliked: The new wing where we stayed is part of four student accommodation blocks. Students make a hell of a noise at all hours of the night. Need I say more?
