Liked: The customer service at THE COLONY is outstanding! Everyone in every department is on top of their game. There is not one thing unturned The staff is at your beck and call and not in an annoying matter. They are pleasant, kind appreciative & attentive.
Disliked: I cannot think of a thing!

Extremely run down room and...

Liked: Property is beautiful but my room was old and dirty.
Disliked: Staff would not move me to a cleaner, newer room.
