Good

Liked: I liked the space the unit offered, the price was good. The pool was nice as well.
Disliked: Our kitchen had a few things that were broken. The walls were pretty dirty. In the master bathroom, there was used soap upon arrival. I also didnt like that we were asked if we were interested in a time share. I did not realize the colonies was a time share

Amazing

Liked: Really nice and clean. My family and I enjoyed our experience here. Definitely coming again before summer ends

Love this complex

Liked: This is the 2nd time we stayed at this complex. Pool facilities are awesome. Apartment is roomy and allows a family to spread out.Staff is friendly. This is a time share community but they are not pushy in regards to attending a pitch
Disliked: Kitchen and bathrooms were drippy. Could here music from pool area until 10pm everynight

Enjoyed ourselves and will return.

Liked: Convenient to local attractions. Friendly staff, kids loved the pool.
Disliked: Unit could have been cleaned better.

Liked: The pool area was nice & the security guard that’s been around for a few years that we met the last time we stayed there
Disliked: The washer ruined all of our clothes. The maintenance team came over to try to fix it, but was unable to do so. The washer made our clothes, extremely linty as if they were ran through the dryer, although they came out of the washer. The maintenance guy had us throw a load back in after they attempted to fix it, to see if it would come out any better after they cleaned out the vent that looks like it hadn’t been done in 10 years, but it actually made the situation worse. Our fridge was leaking down water, and our shower backed up if you were in there longer than 5 minutes

Nice place to stay

Liked: I liked the fully furnished kitchen with appliances so I was able to cook like at home. I loved having a washer and dryer in my room. I loved the layout and the bathrooms and bedrooms. I loved the pools and jacuzzi.
Disliked: I didn’t like that my rooms windowsill had dust and dead bugs laying on them. The hallway from our room was very hot and no AC in the hallway. I was also placed on the top floor which was difficult to go all the way up and down in the heat. I was disappointed that the arcade was not much of an arcade and everything in the arcade was an additional charge, no one wanted to use it. I have been to other hotels with arcades that have more and don’t cost extra. My room wasn’t fully ready when I checked in at 4pm. The room had dressers drawers pulled out everywhere and drawers in the kitchen, I thought it was very odd. Besides the pool there was not really anything else exciting to do at the hotel. I also called the front desk for more toilet paper for the room and no one would answer the phone.

I would not go there...

Disliked: The beds were very very uncomfortable. The decor was very old.
