Disliked: My son hurt his foot because a broken drawer fell on it cause swelling so he couldn't do much but he loved the pool staff came quickly with bandaids for bleeding

Liked: Overall the resort is very nice and comfortable
Disliked: The only issue we had was adding another week and being told by the front desk staff that having the maids in our room to clean it was optional only to have someone call us today and tell us that they have to come in which is incredibly inconvenient considering my daughter is sick

Disliked: Parking was very crowded in assigned lot. Pull out sofa didn’t have blankets to accompany sheets. Master bath wasn’T cleaned to my liking; sink had spot, trash under sink wasn’t emptied.
