Liked: Room was clean and a reasonable size.I was unable to contact the hotel directly in order enquire if an early check in was available - transferred back to central reservation and the hotel options and vice versa. However we just turned up in hope and the reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful in allowing the early check in.
Disliked: No air conditioning.A little dated - creaking floorsWalk I shower was very good except for the base which was extremely slippery. A notice saying a shower mat is available upon request - why not just install them?Communication was good and I completed the online check in. However, I had to repeat the exercise on paper upon arrival.

Liked: We were up seeing friends and it was perfect place to spend the night. Very comfy bed, super friendly staff and great breakfast set up

Liked: Been to the Colney Fox previously but just for food a couple of years ago. Decided to stay here and again the food didn't disappoint. Staff are always friendly and all the facilities are good in the rooms. Clean tidy can't ask for anything else.
Disliked: Only downside to the stay was the bed...well mattress was rock hard. Was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft so neck and back hurt the 2 mornings when we woke.
