Excellent, good value and food....

Liked: Stunning location, all the staff were friendly. We were pre notified of a wedding taking place during our stay but we had no distractions from the event (which looked lovely) and the service and attention we received was not diminished in any way

A stay of mixed experiences—outstanding...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic — and to be fair, having travelled extensively around the world, it rivalled what you’d expect in a 5-star Dubai hotel. The quality of the food was excellent, the white linen immaculate, and the breakfast setting truly special.That said, the hallways in the hotel felt worn out, and the transition between the old house and the new section could definitely use a refresh.We stayed in a family room and were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness.
Disliked: Just needs a freshen up in areas.

Disliked: Neither of the bedside lights worked in our room and the toilet seat was dangerously loose ...Gutters in a seriously old building were full of potential tinder. Hot tap unworkable for one of the older guests.
