Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was okay, the location was fine and the one member of staff we met was really nice.
Disliked: Everything the room was tiny and not very clean,there was dust on what little bits of furniture they had, very old fashioned could do with a good spruce up.

Disliked: The way the staff dealt with my situation was poor. I expressed I wasn't expecting Luxury, but I didn't expect the room to be dusty and dirty (and his response was "well you get what you pay for it's blackpool. What do you expect"When I expressed I didn't want to stay another night due to the way the room (they passed on the blame to booking.com as to why I couldn't get a refund) even tho I paid when I arrived. After speaking with booking.com, they emailed and contacted the hotel and made it clear how it's up to time if I am allowed a refundWe went in September and I haven't heard anything back from them. I know I won't as they made it very clear from the start how they feel on the subject of me wanting a clean room If my children had not been with me, I would have left sooner. We attempted the free breakfast, and even that was a disappointment, the door would not close properly and even tho in the end they offered to clean the room the principle is it should of been cleaned before we arrived. We arrived in the evening and I didn't even think to take pictures I even started cleaning as I could not cope with the idea of what I had walked in to I tried my best to give it a chance but come morning after speaking to who I believe was the manger and relizeing my son had slept next to this just made me feel physically sick I Hope they can improve as its in a great location but definitely not set for family's atm I have been to cheaper hotels and they have had a way better stranded for cleaning in and outside the room

Liked: unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel it was closed down which was not good when there are 3 adults and 5 children then having to search for other accommodation.we managed to get other accommodation but we had to go in different hotels was not happy .

Liked: U are supposed to be messaging me about to get my money back! I have the invoice to forward to u! My problem is one u was supposed to send me an email today to sent my invoice. Nothing has come!
Disliked: 2 the property had been shut down for about a year and a half! So why are u still advertising it? I want my money back and I want compensation as I booked through u!we have had to pay for another hotel so my girls had to go without as the 400 quid went on the hotel either somebody get in touch if not it going to my solicitor!

Would not recommend or ever...

Liked: Did not eat there due to “lack of cleanliness “!
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness, rooms were not bright ,airy well decorated not very welcoming / cosy + smelt musty!
