Disliked: Very old fashioned things falling apart it's a shame really but big up the staff they were amazing

Budget hotel value for money...

Liked: Location of hotel was great access to getting on to the trams Off road parking was great Staff was helpful and polite
Disliked: The hotel could do with some tlc understand there cash credit crunch at moment but some areas just needed a little bit more attention and finishing off a bit tiding up .a bit of care with the painting also the carpet that was in our room was a trip hazzard as wasn't flat to floor .I don't want to moan as the staff was excellent when we had a issue and was dealt with straight away
