Comfortable & Cozy

Liked: Location location LOCATION! The ambiance of the lobby and fire pit area was super cute and relaxing too! Comfortable & what we were needing for our trip. Huge plus that it was pet-friendly!!

Disliked: Our premium room was on the second floor with no elevator and we had an older family member with knee replacements. Was not disclosed on listing that was on second floor with two flights of stairs.

Liked: We were in a double queen room. Enough space for our trip and our pet.
Disliked: I like the location of the hotel, the facilities and the staff, we away feel very welcome.

Cozy stay in the heart...

Liked: I liked that it was close to everything, in the heart of the village. It had a pool, a hot tub, and its own bar. Staying here was very convenient.
Disliked: The heater was quite loud in the room.

Exceptional

Pretty but lost some of...

Liked: Very pretty, well maintained, cozy, stylish.
Disliked: We got served in take-out containers for the breakfast and dinner. That made the whole experience less welcoming, and less quality focused. Secondly, We stayed several time in the original rooms, but this stay we got booked in the new addition. The same character and quality we found in the original rooms seemed to be missing. It looked like corners were cut during the renovation. Lastly, this is not a big deal but the shower gel in the shower was empty when we arrived.
