Nice room but hot and...

Liked: Nice clean room room
Disliked: No hot water when I arrived. Room was very hot (admittedly the weather was very hot). As the rooms were above a pub it was quite noisy until 11.30 as might be expected but a conversation went on outside until after 1am. Building work outside started at 8am.

Great staff, but disappointing value

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The rooms were cramped, extremely hot (due to the time of year), poorly ventilated (the staff had provided a fan) but with the window open traffic noise was loud. This for £57, without breakfast, not great value for money....

I didn’t stay there but...

Liked: I had some employees staying there and was charged for an extra bed. All I need it an invoice which I’ve asked for numerous times with no reply.

Liked: Everything about the property was great: the staff, the room and the cuisine.
Disliked: Nothing
