Liked: Delicious breakfast with good choice of hot and cold food. Beautifully tended front garden. Clean comfortable rooms with great beds.

Liked: Breakfast was adequate but a little underwelming. Small cartons of juice & limited fruit options but nice yogurts. Cooked breakfast ok but not much flavour.

Welcome and relaxing break

Liked: Excellent room and breakfast. Beverley was very friendly and helpful. Melbourne itself, and in particular the manor and 'The Pool' (a large lake within walking distance of the Coach House) very good.
Disliked: Parking is free but slightly awkward. Stairs to 3 of 4 rooms fairly steep.

Liked: The care and attention to detail - was homely, helpful, clean, comfortable and ideal location. Beyond expectations. And even had a great tower fan for when was hot. So grateful for our stay.
Disliked: Parking a bit tight.

Liked: Great, old fashioned hospitality. Friendly host, large, clean, comfortable room. Well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, tasty treats and luxury grooming products. Excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault it.
