Disappointing

Liked: Location.
Disliked: One male member of staff upset my partner to the point of tears. When confronted by me, showed no compassion. He just became jobsworth. Will never return again.

Bad

Liked: We were moved to the blue jay as they had no hot water. And they charged us £70 for the pleasure. We have been in touch with them for a refund but no luck as of yet. Maybe you can speed the refund up. They have told us they will phone us back twice but they don't seem interested. James at kings highway spoke to his manager( could hear in background) she said leave message with receptionist who dealt with the issue in the first place to phone us back when she returned on Tuesday Still waiting

Good location for the attractions...

Liked: Nice location, friendly helpful stuff
Disliked: The hot water tap in the sink would’ve been nice to have a little more water pressure to give more thrown than a small water flow when the taps turned on fully

Liked: Like everything about it
Disliked: The only problem which was not there fault was the boiler blew and we had no hot water for a shower , and we had a briefing that morning, it will not stop us staying again , think next time a little discount off the breakfast would be a good idea

Recommended - say a mum...

Liked: The rooms were nice and comfortable - suited a purpose (attending Download festival for 3 nights). Great parking, good access, can't fault it.
Disliked: Nothing.. all good. Good value for money!
