Perfect spot for visiting Bristol...

Liked: Location excellent, breakfast excellent, bus stop outside into Bristol in 15 minutes was a massive bonus, room team making facilities fine, staff welcoming
Disliked: room was dated, hot water took an age, bed creaked

Great value for money and lovely staff.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a bus stop right outside to take you to Bristol Centre which was ideal. Breakfast was offered but there was no pressure to say yes, and the area is lovely and quiet with no road noise.
Disliked: The toilet seat in our room was broken. We were awoken by the sound of the next rooms toilet system which was loud and seemed to go on for a while but overall these were small issues.

Disliked: We were in the Gnd Flr Rm 2. The mattress was too soft for our liking and we were disturbed significantly late night (10-11pm) and early morning (7-8am) by the creaky flooring/foot traffic to the 1st Flr Rooms 3 & 4 and adjacent corridor
