A bit of a gem...

Liked: Hosts Iola and Michael lovely people, friendly and helpful, our pleasure to meet them! Ours was just a flying visit, we would have liked to stay longer...Nice property, clean and comfortable with a beautiful large garden. Very easy to get to from the east - drive to the end of the M50 and turn right, two minutes and you are there. For sightseeing, Symonds Yat is about ten or so miles away (but you will need to walk when you get there, no views from the car).The property is very rural, very quiet, which means nothing is within walking distance, so a car is necessary for your evening meals, for example, or a taxi if you like a bottle of wine with it. That said, it's only ten minutes - at most - to the centre of Ross-on-Wye. Breakfast was nice but limited - see the description.
Disliked: Comments rather than complaints;- breakfast choice limited- no locks on bedroom doors, which didn't bother us but may others.
