Very good
Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by The Coach House for the price we paidThe room was modern, large and clean. The staff were fantastic, so welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast in the bar due to having the dog with us - however this didn't matter as, for once, we weren't forgotten about despite not being in the main dining room and the food was delicious. The dogs enjoyed their sausages too!
Disliked: The only negative was that it was situated a little outside the local town but the hotel were quick to offer to call reasonably priced Taxis. There were some fabulous dog walks in the country from the doorstep too so it's a very small negative from us!

A very good and comfortable...
Liked: We were located in one of the external newly built cabin style rooms, which were well designed, very roomy and comfortable. A room safe was provided, as well as a hairdryer and fan. The bathroom with shower was good and the room had a seating area, which seemed to be usable as a bed for a third person. Breakfast, included, was plentiful and with lots of choice, and served in a designated room. Other meals are available and were well presented, with a varied menu. These could be taken outside in an allocated area, or around the bar area indoors. Staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking is available on site. The location of the property is lovely, being in acres of grounds, very close to the coast and town of Lowestoft and A12 easily leading to other points of interest along the coast. The East Anglia Transport Museum located next to the hotel is definitely worth a visit, though only open several days each week.
