Not good value for money...

Liked: Great location as I had a family get together in Bristol.
Disliked: The place had mould, dust in the room and the bathroom with limescale, myself and family ended up sick the next day. Such a disappointment as I was recommended by other people. I was on the ground floor in the corner room by the tea and coffee section. It is such a shame. No tea and coffee in the room either I was out most of the day and came to sleep

Liked: Great staff, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good value and full English was great.
Disliked: Things around the whole establishment looked a little tired. The room whilst overall was "Clean" enough, there were a lot of cobwebs and things hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a while.

Perfect spot for visiting Bristol made up for the hotel's inadequacies.
