Liked: A few days before arriving at the property we were emailed to say there was an event on at the premises so half of it was shut off and we wouldn't be able to get food or drink service. The staff were very helpful and courteous and its obviously not their fault but we ended up having to leave the premises to get dinner.
Disliked: The venue was fine, the fact there was no offer of a rate reduction to cover the fact that half the venue was off limits was a bit disappointing.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I paid for a double room and expect the pictures shown to represent this however my room only had a 3/4 size bed, not a double and it was pushed up against the wall. The room looked like a single room that they had squeezed a slightly bigger bed in and I feel it has been miss sold

Liked: Good quality hot food in the cooked breakfast. A nice variety of cereal and fruit to choose from.
Disliked: Toast slices could have been better by simply using full size slices of bread.

Liked: Good location, pleasant staff.
Disliked: Very dated, it’s currently for sale and will close in November if not bought. If it is bought it would need to be refurbished before I would use it again.

Liked: Location and surroundings are great. Rooms are basic but fine for a short stay. Breakfast is nice, and evening meal food is pretty ok pub style grub. On a sunny evening it’s gorgeous sitting outside with a drink.
Disliked: The walls of the coach house rooms are very thin. Hear everything.
