Liked: Very nice stay. The rooms were a little tired but had all you needed in the room. Breakfast was very nice and very hot. Service was fab. The owner Bommer was very nice and made us feel very at home.
Disliked: All good really just need to change the pillow as very flat and hard and a bit more dusting. Ex lamps.

The perfect stop over spot!

Liked: The location is perfect for our start to the Offa’s Dyke oath. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms!
Disliked: Nothing at all. It met all of our needs.

Liked: The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was great.
Disliked: The breakfast was not included in the price which was fair enough, the room was good value. We happily paid for breakfast as extra, but we felt it was expensive for what was provided.

Liked: Was quiet, clean, and the personal was very friendly. Thanks I would recommend and use next time when I'm around.

Disliked: It was a very hot night which didn't help but the bedding felt cheap. No evening food. Bathroom down hall from room. The shower was blocked with hair. Place was little tired. It was OK for the price but if in Chepstow again I'd pay a little more and get something more pleasant.
