Liked: Clean room, lots to do inside hotel (restaurants, coffee shop, bar, store), pool on site, quick elevators.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Strong smell in the lobby and the entire hotel.

Liked: I was there during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and i absolutely loved that they opened up the conference room/viewing desk on the 19th floor for us to see the balloon rising in the morning and evening. They even had free coffee and fruits.The hotel is centrally located, and like most downtowns, things are opened during business hours; not much to do in the evening -- everything seemed closed.The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were well appointed and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable.All the staff is friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Very high priced for the hotel. Rooms somewhat outdated. Hot tub did not work, pool not well heated. Nothing to do in the area! And the area is very unsafe. So we stayed at hotel but pool cooler and hot tub did not run and broken handicap chair leaned over fire pit. I would never recommend this hotel.
