Liked: Initial room was a little rough. Staff was very nice and moved us to a different room. I appreciate them. No doubt this is my favorite place to stay in Albuquerque! Thank you guys.

Beautiful hotel!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Our room was so spacious and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Pool was closed due to renovations

Ruined my trip, had to...

Liked: Person at front desk was really rude and extremely and not helpful. Gave attitude when I asked her questions about my booking. And was short on any help. Wish I would of got her name to put it on here. Long story short she didn't help at all.
Disliked: The service especially the lady at the front desk check in. I would never make a reservation here again. 1st and last time.
