Enjoyed Jersey, wouldn't stay at this hotel again

Liked: Treatment at the spa was good, relaxing room was nice, pool was OK
Disliked: Staff were nice but I dont think the management was great. Breakfast food whisked away at the stroke of 10:30 without going around to guests asking if they wanted anything else. Music blaring in the bar/restaurant far too loud for afternoon tea and completely spoiling the experience in the adjoining Michelin star restaurant. Absolutely no level access to the hotel which I think is unusual in this day and age
