Lovely, friendly staff, good food...

Liked: We don't eat breakfast so can't comment, although we did have lunch at the sister cafe which was excellent.
Disliked: Everything was great so no complaints.

Good rooms, nice staff, shame...

Liked: Nice rooms, quiet and private. Lots of space
Disliked: There was no hot water to shower on our last day. We waited over an hour for the boiler to be reset, which then took too long to heat the water, so no time to shower before having to leave. Staff tried to sort it, but didn’t have the knowledge needed.

Perfect for a stop off

Liked: Everything worked ! Shower good , tea and coffee, all we needed for a stop off on a long journey. Comfy bed , and we enjoyed the chance to explore the farm shop the following morning.
Disliked: Cant think of anything - maybe a few more biscuits!

Excellent room and good value...

Liked: The room was tastefully furnished, very spacious and comfortable with all the resources needed. Breakfast in the on site cafe was nice.Excellent facilities on site - lovely farm shop, cafe and takeaway and children's play area.Excellent staff in the hotel and restaurant.Overall a very good stay and would return.
Disliked: Cafe breakfast - good but could have been even better with tweaks - e.g. margarine used on breakfast sandwiches one staff member not very friendly or engaging.Dinner in the restaurant very tasty well presented but tiny portions - not good value for money.

Exceptional

Liked: We loved everything about our stay at the Clive Arms. We shared a twin room which was really lovely and really big. We loved the fact that you went next door for breakfast. The breakfast menu was also very reasonably priced.
