My favouite Hotel and staff

Liked: Due to it being Easter the normal place the Clive Arms guests have Dinner and Breakfast in was closed. I was therefore VERY lucky to have both Dinner on Easter Saturday and Breakfast Easter Sunday at the Clive. The food was EXCELLENT, especially the House Salad I had with my main course. It contained Mustard leaves which tasted wonderful - the pepperiness SO different to Rocket, a delicious dressing and lots of different ingredients. I was even treated to another bowl at Breakfast on Easter Sunday! The staff at reception, in housekeeping and in the Restaurant were all SO lovely - THANK YOU.
Disliked: I asked for an Asparagus starter at Dinner (because it was grown on the property AND British) but was disappointed not to receive a whole bunch!! I have a passion for British Asparagus but sadly the season is SO short I have to eat lots of it while it is in Season!!!!
