Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Staff were unorganised and mostly unfriendly, the building had the heating on even though it was above 15 degrees outside (way too hot indoors)

Comfortable and amazing team.

Liked: All staff extremely welcoming coffee shop was amazing and breakfast was perfect.
Disliked: Was not keen on air fresheners as we have allergies but that was the only fault.

Liked: Rooms so small I’m a large person and not much room to move about and bathroom a hokr
Disliked: Bed uncomfortable no fan in bathroom as no window rooms tiny

Lovely weekend at the Clifton

Liked: Location good for local amenities. Nice and clean very comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast.
Disliked: Room was excellent but not what we were anticipating for our stay as had a lot of luggage for a family function. Bathroom small for someone with mobility issues and not really enough space to hang outfits etc
