Liked: Location, room, breakfast was lovely, very accommodating, went above and beyond, I sent a parcel for them to decorate the room as it was mine and my partners anniversary and I planned of proposing and they were more than happy to help. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Nothing at all, can't fault them at all

wonderfully relaxing,

Liked: the room was directly in front of the sea, so we could watch all the big container ships go in and out of the Channel wonderful well kept gardens, room was fabulously clean, all staff were great.
Disliked: nothing, everything was great, location was fantastic

Liked: Staff were nice and friendly.Rooms and hotel in general were clean.Location is perfectly close to the beach and town centre.
Disliked: Not a dislike, there were no heaters in the room so we couldn't put them on when required.

A lovely short break

Liked: Everything was perfect. Lovely room, wonderful breakfast and a great location. The cafe menu was a bonus as the pubs and restaurants get very busy during school holidays and when there are performances at the theatre.
Disliked: Nothing

A wonderful home from home...

Liked: This lovely hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea at the older end of shanklin village. It’s really well kept with everything I needed in the spotless room. It’s an easy walk into Shanklin, where there’s a nice Italian restaurant and a few good pubs. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here before and hope to stay here again before too long.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect for me.

Lovely clean, cosy and well...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, the room was cosy but I wouldn’t call it small. It was very clean and comfortable and I loved the little touches of bottled water, hot chocolate and biscuits. The small bar was also really cute and well stocked. Great location too with easy walks to the beach.
Disliked: The only tiny thing that was a bit annoying was the WiFi. You had to sign in every time your phone locked
