Liked: Staff was super efficient, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Lift was out of order due to maintenance and although I already knew that because I had been informed prior to my arrival, My room was on the third floor and it was not easy with the luggage.

Liked: Friendly staff , great parking nearby . Lovely accommodation. Communication very good 😊
Disliked: A little musty smelling in the corridors but its an old building so I suppose it may come with the territory . Room perfect 🤩 love the little touches - welcome pack and the radio 📻 loved that !!!!

Disliked: Bedroom was small, smelt of new paint but didn't look like it had had a professional paint job. Windows dirty, bathroom dated. Receptionists weren't unfriendly but they were both eating hot food whist serving which was a bit off putting.
