Almost heaven

Liked: Beautiful property a wonderful location. The room is spacious and nice. Only suggestion, ask for the second floor and not the first otherwise you are visible inside.
Disliked: People can see you inside if you are at 1st floor because you can be seen from the streets where the cars are parked

A bit tired. Staff need...

Liked: The member of staff at check in and check out was excellent. Not so good was the attitude of the 2 different staff members who we asked for advice.

Great location, NO AC, rooms...

Liked: If you want to stay in Princeville or Hanalei Bay area, this property has one of the most pretty views of the cliffs and bay.
Disliked: NO AC!!!This was a complete surprise to us as we previously stayed at the Grand Hyatt down in Poipu and wanted to come up to Princeville to check out why everybody is raving about the area. Did not realize that none of the rooms had AC. Esp in August, we slept in a sweltering room with no crosswinds and had to open all of the windows, doors only to hear roosters crow at 3-4am. Did not get any good sleep at all. Pool is quite small for the size of the community. They had lots of parking spaces within the community, but also charged $15 per day for overnight parking when it is not near any big cities? Surprising.
