Liked: Great location! The atmosphere was great! Clean. Staff were super nice! Upgraded our room with no problems. We found a fresh rose, cookies, chocolate and a card on our bed for our Anniversary. They really made it special. Thank you!

Liked: The location was perfect, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! Used the vallet parking service, our car was easily available the few times we needed it. Staff was very friendly! The building/ rooms are beautiful! Came back to chocolates on our bed every day!
Disliked: Nothing.. everything was great! No complaints.

Liked: This is one of my favorite hotels ever! The service, amenities, and meals provided were superb! My stay at Cliff House will always be a fond memory. Thank you!

Love this hotel!

Liked: We LOVE this hotel. At 150 years old, they have done an excellent job of keeping it up. This was our 3rd time staying here on our way to our ski condo. It is close to an old school arcade and within walking distance to many restaurants, live music, and entertainment. Any time we are in Manitou Springs, we will always choose this place 1st.
Disliked: Our 1st 2 times here, breakfast was included if we paid for valet parking. This time it was not. We just chose to eat somewhere else. Not a deal breaker.
